Once your order has been placed you will see an order number and confirmation on your screen. You will also receive an order confirmation email. The email will include your order number, what you have ordered, the cost of the order and the payment method.

Once you place an order, you will receive email updates. You can also track your order status through your orders.

Delivery can take approximately 1-11 working days depending on where you are located. Please check our shipping policy to check delivery times for your location. If you have not received your order within the specified time frame, please contact our customer service team.

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed we are unable to modify it.

To allow for Christmas gift changes, any orders placed in the sale will have a return period extended until 7th January 2024.

You are responsible for returning the product(s) to us in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact.

Once your return has been approved, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method. For more information, please see our refund policy.
